We will work together using aromatic kinesiology and we will create an oil which has been carefully tested up for you. We will create an intentions and we will discuss ways of supporting both the body, mind and soul.
Step inside and be welcomed with a warming winter tea, a shoulder massage and a melting foot treat. This will be followed by the feeling of being cocooned in warm blankets.
This treatment is very nourishing on the nervous system and will help melt away any tension that you may be holding. It will also support the Vata Dosha which can present as dryness in the skin and is a very typical characteristic associated with Winter.

Working with the Earth and Metal elements, a warming back of body massage follows to soothe those tired muscles.
